The Wholesome brand was founded in 2001 with a simple mission in mind: To provide high-quality baking ingredients and make life richer for everyone. They were the first to bring Fair Trade sweeteners to the U.S. and pioneer the Fair Trade standards for sugar, agave and honey, and they've always led the way when it comes to creating quality products and respecting the people who make them possible.
