Tuna Noodle Hotdish

7 oz. package of egg noodles
Can of tuna, drained
Can of mushroom soup
½ cup diced white or yellow onion
½ cup crushed saltine crackers
Salt and pepper

Cook egg noodles to al dente, not quite done. Drain and place into a 9”x9” baking dish.

Add the tuna, cream of mushroom soup, and onion to the noodles. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle crushed saltine crackers on top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until warmed through.
