Bread Alone is a family-owned, values-driven bakery in upstate New York. They have been baking organic breads since 1983, and continue to do so today. Since the day they opened their vision has not changed: Serve honest food, create prosperity for the people, and minimize further harm to the planet. Bread Alone continues to bake using traditional sourdough methods and slow fermentation.
